Record a test video before your call
A recording shows you things a live preview hides: how your voice sounds, whether there is an echo, and how you look when you are talking rather than staring at yourself. Record 20 seconds as if you are introducing yourself in a meeting, then play it back.
- Turn your camera on. Allow camera and microphone access.
- Press Start recording. Talk at your normal meeting volume.
- Press Stop and play it back. Listen for echo, hum or a voice that is too quiet.
- Download it if you like. The file is created on your device and never uploaded.
